Aon joins Claim Central in strategic alliance

Sydney-based insurtech Claim Central has formed an alliance with Aon to digitise its claims management capabilities and improve customer experience.

Claim Central’s digital property claims technology reduces the need for assessors to be physically present at claimants’ premises.

The claims handling insurtech also plans to open an innovation centre in Jacksonville, Florida, to run its online platform claims solution. It will be home to desk examiners and field adjusters, and will be connected a contractor repair network.

New features and functions can be tested at the centre.
