Aon Risk Solutions Australia CEO Lambros Lambrou will become Chief Commercial Officer and CEO of Global Specialties for commercial business.

Mr Lambrou will be based in New York and oversee development of innovative solutions and services in the newly created role, the group says.

James Baum, former commercial MD and Aon Broking Pacific chairman, has been confirmed as his replacement.
