Aon has appointed Robyn Perkins to the role of MD, People Risk Solutions.

She will oversee the strategic direction of the business, helping clients understand and better manage links between health, productivity, organisational performance and risk.

Ms Perkins has around 25 years’ experience in the management of workers’ compensation, human resources and people risk. She has been with Aon for the past 13 years.

Her previous role was Head of Workforce Risk Solutions, where she was responsible for developing Aon’s workers’ compensation and workforce risk businesses.

Ms Perkins also designed Australia’s first “sick leave index”, which helps clients identify costs and performance.
