ANA Loss Adjusters appoints new CEO

ANA Chartered Loss Adjusters (ANA) has appointed Chay Wilkinson as CEO, effective in January, and plans to take on additional adjusters across Australia.

Perth-based Jaye Kumar, who remains MD and takes on the additional role of Chairman, says an increase in high-value commercial work in Australia has kept ANA on an upward growth trend despite COVID.

Mr Wilkinson, who is based in Sydney, joins from Willis Towers Watson Australia, where he has led the NSW Construction, Property & Casualty claims team since May last year.

He was formerly head of claims and business development for Asia Pacific at Markel International in Singapore and regional director for Triton Claims. He also worked as an in-house counsel and in private practice.

Mr Wilkinson is supported by GM & NSW State Manager Brian Treloar, WA/SA State Manager Mike Pagels, State Manager Queensland Luke Stuart and State Co-ordinator Vic/Tas Paul Sims.

ANA is the Australian partner of global group VRS Adjusters, which has 450 offices in more than 140 countries.
