Allianz lands Fisher, drops in Poole
A reshuffle of roles at Allianz Australia will see Chief GM Broker & Agency (B&A) Division Greg Fisher take up the new role of Chief Manager Related Businesses B&A.
Retail distribution chief Jonathan Poole will move into Mr Fisher’s old role, and will also take charge of the Hunter Premium Funding business.
Mr Fisher will retain responsibility for the New Zealand and Papua New Guinea businesses of Allianz, as well as Global Transport and the Mercedes-Benz relationship.
Allianz spokesman Nicholas Scofield described the moves last week as a “sideways shuffle”, with Mr Fisher now based in Melbourne. He has commuted weekly from his Melbourne home to the Allianz head office in Sydney for the past eight years.
