Glenn Lambert of Austbrokers Holdings has been elected chairman of AIMS, the insurance broking joint venture of Austbrokers and IBNA.

He succeeds Austbrokers Holdings CEO Lach McKeough, who has stepped down along with Company Secretary Steve Rouvray.

Mr Lambert, Tim Considine (Austbrokers Countrywide) and Ian Carr (Insurance Advisernet) are the three new Austbrokers representatives on the AIMS board.

Current IBNA Chairman Trevor Lofts (AIIB), Gary Gribbin (Insurance House) and Peter Roberts (Assurity) are the IBNA representatives on the board. WA broker Con Manetas (Leed Risk Services) has stepped aside.
