Lyndon Broad has been named Affiliated FM’s new director for Australia.

He takes over from Glen Drinnan, who has moved to Singapore to expand parent company FM Global’s presence in Asia.

“We have an excellent team here with good broker relationships and I intend to continue our focus on working closely with brokers to provide an exceptional insurance product backed up by world-leading loss-prevention engineering,” Mr Broad said.

The new director has worked for FM Global in the UK, Asia and Australia since 1995, and will start in his new role on April 29. His most recent role was Australia and New Zealand operations claims manager.

Affiliated FM recently celebrated 10 years operating in Australia.
