Adjusting group ANA to rebrand

Australian Network Adjusters (ANA) founder Jaye Kumar is to rebrand the Perth-based company as VRS ANA after winning a closed tender for the business following a split from his five partners.

Mr Kumar, who started ANA in 2000, says he has bought the loss adjusting company to continue its name and growth.

“We have made a difference in the market, both to clients and our network members, who have been provided with a lifeline to maintain their independent operations and be part of a national organisation,” he told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

Mr Kumar and the other ANA partners split when they could not agree on a future direction for the company.

The other five have formed a rival loss adjuster, All States and Territories Adjusters Group.

ANA has retained its contract to be the Australian partner of international loss adjuster network VRS Global.

Mr Kumar plans to announce a new management team this week.
