MYI Freemans has developed an in-house iPhone application for its loss adjusters.

Called First Assess, the app was designed in close consultation with the company’s adjusters.

Each adjuster is being equipped with an iPhone to allow them to receive allocated cases while away from the office.

Once an on-site assessment has been made, the adjuster will enter the information into First Assess and forward the details to their office.

GM for Product Lee Cooper says the application is intended to improve client relationships during the claim period.
