Ace Insurance has appointed Giles Ward as CEO of Australia and NZ following the promotion of Damien Sullivan to the lead role in Asia.

Mr Ward has previously served as Regional MD for Ace Middle East and North Africa.

He will take up his new role in Sydney next month.
