Promina-owned personal lines insurer AAMI has been awarded the “Best of the Best” for outstanding excellence in customer service at the Australian Service Excellence Awards.

The insurer also won two other state-level awards in the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) event – Australian Service Excellence for large businesses and Customer Service CEO of the Year for Robert Bellville.
