AAMC ‘raises the bar’ with Land + Road suite

Repair management group AAMC has launched Land + Road, a suite of services for heavy transport, agricultural machinery, plant and equipment.

It says it offers a faster, more efficient response to heavy motor and machinery claims that minimises business interruption.

AAMC MD and co-founder Steve Chapman says Land + Road is “more than just a rebranded service line”.

“It signifies a transformation in how we address the challenges within the heavy motor and machinery claims sector,” he said.

“It represents our commitment to solving real-world problems and delivering the best practical solutions.”

AAMC says the suite delivers cost-effective, high-quality and timely solutions and will “shape the future of how heavy motor and machinery claims can be facilitated”.

The group collaborates closely with claims executives, intermediaries, SMEs and repairers to understand the complexities of processing heavy vehicle and machinery claims. It says significant delays in assessor appointments are persistent, which can severely disrupt policyholders’ business operations.

Inefficiencies arising from multiple decision points across policyholder, intermediary, underwriter and AAMC interactions are another issue.

Relationship manager Daniel Lukich says the industry needs more sophisticated service models, and after a year of comprehensive research through interviews, surveys and consultation, Land + Road was developed.

“Working closely with major underwriters, agencies and a broad range of stakeholders –claims managers, brokers, agents and thousands of policyholders whose businesses were disrupted by incidents – we’ve gained unique insights into the challenges of managing heavy vehicle and machinery claims,” he said.

“We’ve listened to, identified, and acknowledged the pressure points this sector experiences daily, and we’re excited about the opportunity to raise the bar.”
