Gallagher unveils new Pen CEO
Arthur J Gallagher has announced that Pen Underwriting Australia CEO Gary Marshall will retire at the end of this year.
He will be replaced by Ken Keenan, who is currently Gallagher’s GM Branch Operations.
He recently relocated to Australia from Canada where he was CEO of the Canadian broking division.
Gallagher's MD for Australia and New Zealand Steve Lockwood thanked Mr Marshall for 17 years’ service.
“Although Ken is relatively new to the Australian market, he has built a solid reputation within the Gallagher business during his time in Canada and has been working with the Australian business since mid-2016 to evolve certain aspects of our branch operations,” he said.
“His move across to lead the Pen Underwriting business will bring a number of benefits to the team including his depth of experience in the international markets we operate in.”
