AMP CEO Paul Batchelor resigned this morning as investors demanded more answers about the state of the company’s British operations. Recently appointed COO Andrew Mohl will take over as acting CEO.

Chairman Stan Wallis will oversee the appointment of Mr Batchelor’s replacement and then continue as chairman for six months.
