Andrea Nelson has been promoted to National Operations Manager, Personal Injury, with Gallagher Bassett New Zealand in Christchurch.

She joined the claims administrator in 2012 as a case manager and progressed into account management and team leader positions. She has more than 24 years’ industry experience.

Ms Nelson will be responsible for all personal injury claims teams, overseeing service, compliance and relationships with management, work teams and customers.
