EML Group has produced a series of videos to help employers understand the claims process. 

The workers’ compensation claims manager says the short, animated videos cover a range of topics such as weekly payment calculations and the process after a claim is submitted. 

The videos have been produced for the Victorian workers’ compensation scheme and another series tailored for SA is coming soon, EML says. 

“Having the right information at the start means that EML can work with employers and their injured employee better, to help them recover and return to work as soon as possible. 

“Whether the injury is physical or mental, it’s important to communicate openly and with empathy – this helps your employee to recover more quickly and supports a positive workplace culture for the business.”
