Claim Central Consolidated has rolled out its digital claims and supplier management technology solution in South Africa.

ClaimLogik connects insurers, brokers and customers with key suppliers such as assessors and insurance builders on a single platform. It also features a live video streaming feed for claims.

Claim Central Africa MD Ronald Gall says the African insurance industry is continuing to evolve, but faces challenges such as technology disruptions and uncertain economic conditions.

“Insurers and brokers have no choice but to embrace technology to grow and thrive,” he said.

Claim Central established its African operations earlier this year.
