Employers Mutual unveils EML rebrand

Employers Mutual has rebranded as EML and revamped its logo in an effort to better reflect its national presence.

CEO Mark Coyne says the logo honours the company’s 100-year heritage, but also provides a “fresh” identity.

“EML has a proud history as one of Australia’s oldest and most respected providers of work injury insurance,” he said. “As we have continued to diversify and expand our specialist services nationally, we have taken this opportunity to rebrand to EML to reflect our national presence.

“Our new logo is designed to provide us with a fresh identity that brings together our people, our partnerships and mutuality.”

The workers’ compensation mutual was recently appointed to WorkSafe Victoria’s agent panel.

It provides claims management across four state schemes, including icare Workers Insurance and icare TMF in NSW, and ReturnToWorkSA. EML also partners with a number of self-insurers across Australia.

Mr Coyne says while the company’s name and image have changed, its mission has not.

“We will continue to leverage our expertise in workers’ compensation on a national basis, while also providing an expanded offering including self-insurance administration, life insurance services and consulting.”

The new branding will be rolled out over the next six months.
