Centrepoint links with Steadfast

Centrepoint Alliance has become a Steadfast preferred partner for supplying premium funding.

The arrangement expands opportunities for Centrepoint, which has previously dealt directly with individual Steadfast brokers.

“They are happy to recognise us as a preferred partner for premium funding, but it is not exclusive and the broker still has choice,” Centrepoint CEO Bob Dodd told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

“It is really down to me and my team to prove our worth and illustrate, based on service consistency and reliability, that we are worthy participants.”

Other preferred premium funding partners are Macquarie Pacific Funding, established as a joint venture between Steadfast and Macquarie Bank, and Elantis Premium Funding (formerly Lumley Finance).

Steadfast CEO Robert Kelly says the Centrepoint agreement ensures brokers will continue to have a choice of providers. The three-year distribution agreement starts today.
