This online course is aimed at understanding risks associated with strategy, projects and change with an in-depth look into tools to analyse these risks.

The course will be run as four x 90 minute live sessions (total six hours) over four days and will be presented by David Tattam, Director Research and Training for the Protecht Group. David is also author of 'A Short Guide to Operational Risk' and an internationally recognised specialist in all facets of risk management, particularly at the enterprise level.

Learning objectives include:
