This workshop, facilitated by Bryan Whitefield, CCRO®, will run over two half-days and is for risk professionals tasked with developing or influencing risk culture across the business. The course will provide attendees with a multi-faceted approach to assessing and improving risk culture as well as the ability to develop forward-looking metrics to tangibly measure and evidence positive culture change.
