Wotton + Kearney has announced 13 senior promotions in Australia and New Zealand including four new partners. The full list of promoted senior lawyers is:

  • Special Counsel – Thomas Cavanagh (Financial Lines, Sydney), Ronald Mok (Financial Lines, Brisbane), Andrew Moore (Property, Auckland)
  • Senior Associate – Alycia Amanatidis (Financial Lines, Melbourne), Alison Cupples (Financial Lines, Auckland), Chris Knight (Financial Lines, Sydney), Tim Holmes (Property + Energy, Sydney), Sarah Mellowes (Financial Lines, Sydney), Matt O’Donnell (Financial Lines, Brisbane)

Also joining the firm in July as Special Counsel is Grant Covington. Grant brings 20 years of industry experience and specialises in financial lines and financial institutions claims and advice. He has worked for most major insurers and Lloyd’s Syndicates in the Australian market on PI and D&O claims and is a well-regarded coverage advisor on complex indemnity claims.
