IAG has announced its New Zealand intermediated leadership team, after taking over Lumley through the Wesfarmers Insurance acquisition.

NZI EGM Intermediated Travis Atkinson leads the team, having taken the role in September following a spell as CEO of IAG’s Malaysian business AmGeneral Insurance.

Garry Taylor is GM Claims, Stephen Everett GM Commercial Underwriting, Jo Mason GM Corporate and Facilities, John Chandler GM Commercial Sales, Donna Williams Head of Customer Experience and Marketing, and Phil Barclay GM Bank Partners.

Treena Rowley, formerly at Lumley General Insurance, becomes Head of Business Performance and Governance.

“The decisions that have been made to date in relation to NZI’s leadership team have been carefully considered to position the expanded business to best serve its customers and its intermediated partners going forward,” Mr Atkinson said.

“We continue to work with our people, both at NZI and Lumley, to finalise our operating models.”

A GM Broker Personal Sales is yet to be appointed.
