Allianz fills senior marketing, risk roles

Nick Adams has been appointed Chief Market Manager at Allianz, while Lori Callahan will replace Noeline Woof as Chief Risk Officer when she retires in November.

Mr Adams is currently a marketing director at Telstra, before which he was chief marketing officer at Westpac.

Allianz MD Niran Peiris says Mr Adams’ 20 years’ experience across marketing, data and digital make him an ideal candidate.

Long-standing Allianz leader Ms Callahan will step into a newly shaped Chief Risk Officer role, which will include accountability for representing the customer in all key decisions.

She will report to the MD.

“Lori is the right person to champion the customer agenda at Allianz, with a strong background in operations and more recently leading the marketing, data and digital teams,” Deputy MD Richard Feledy said. Mr Feledy will become MD next year.
